Affiliates can be anyone - creators, educators, moms, dads etc. who earn commission by sharing a unique link and discount code!

We pay commissions once per week through PayPal.

To receive payments, you must:

1. Add your PayPal email in your UpPromote dashboard
2. Make sure it matches your actual PayPal account!
3. Submit your W-9

If your information is incomplete, payouts will automatically be put on hold until we have your information.

Here are our top tips:

• Add your discount code to the caption of any social post
• Share your link in Instagram Stories, your bio, or by DM
• Tell friends and family directly (text, email, snail mail, whatever works!)

We've set up a 60-day cookie window, which means if someone clicks your affiliate link and buys within 60 days, the sale is credited to you.

Note: Your $10 off discount code will still track commission on all eligible orders. However, it won’t apply at checkout if there’s already an in-store promotion (like bulk discounts or the Inventor’s Club).

We recommend sharing your affiliate link whenever possible for the most reliable commission tracking, and thinking of your discount code as an extra perk to help drive conversions and give your audience a little added incentive!

The IRS requires a W-9 for anyone we pay $600+ in a calendar year. Since many of our creators hit that quickly (go you!), we collect W-9s upfront to keep year-end taxes simple. We’ll use this information to issue a 1099-NEC if you pass the $600 threshold.

We offer a 10% commission on every sale you drive, plus $10 off any order for your community through your discount code.

Inside your affiliate dashboard, you’ll be able to see:

• Total link + discount clicks
• Orders
• Commission earned
• Pending + processed payments

Full transparency, always!

A referral is valid when:

• The customer uses your unique link or discount code
  
• The order is not refunded or canceled
  
• The customer is not you
  
• The payment clears successfully
  

Our affiliate platform automatically filters out duplicate or fraudulent referrals.

Yes! After you’re registered, you can change your discount code through your dashboard. (Our system prevents duplicate codes from being created, so your code will always be uniquely yours and tied to your commission.)

• Content quality
• Audience fit
