We’ve really been enjoying our new Chompsaw! Although we’ve only had the opportunity to use it a few times so far, we can already tell it’s going to become one of our most loved tools.
We’ve seen a wide range of users successfully and safely use the Chompsaw — from toddlers under 2 years old to adults, including individuals with disabilities. One highlight was watching a seven year old wheelchair user independently cut cardboard for the first time, something that may not have been possible with other tools.
The Chompsaw has truly expanded access to making and creativity at our shop, encouraging a more diverse group of people to create, build, and explore with cardboard. We’re so grateful to have this innovative, inclusive tool in our shop and can’t wait to keep putting it to work! (We look forward to sharing photos soon)

Good safe to use for kids. I use it in my art academy with kids aged 8 and upwards. It gives them more autonomy and they really enjoy using it, before I had to cut everything with a craft knife, but now their projects are 100% theirs. A bit noisier than I expected, but it still is worth the trade off.
I love this machine so much, that I bought a whole classroom set and am planning a 9 week unit based on them!

I purchased 6 chompsaws (a classroom set) for the elementary art teachers in our school district to use in their classrooms with their K-6 students. We had a Professional Development session together using several of the "how to" videos from your website. The teachers were like kids in a candy store as they explored how the machines worked and began brainstorming ways they want to use them in their classrooms! I own and operate a business called STEMagineers. We offer summer camps and after-school STEM programming and clubs for kids from 8 to 12 years of age. One of our camps is focussed on engineer and kids use cardboard tools to design and build amazing things with cardboard. I ordered a ChompSaw to use in for this camp and it was an absolute hit! It made it so easy for kids to bring their creations to life.

I got 10 ChompSaws to use in our school Makerspace. Negative reviews are from people using the wrong cardboard. With the right kind of cardboard these things are AMAZING! Kids and adults both love them. I couldn’t be more pleased.
