This easy-to-build workstation holds your ChompSaw safely and keeps all your materials organized. With everything in one place, you'll be ready to dive into your next project in no time!
1) Get to know your parts
Workstation Parts
Check the numbered images to see all the parts included in your kit.
Legs
The legs hold up your workstation, giving it height and stability for your projects.
Table Top
This is your work surface where you’ll set up your tools and get creative.
Shelves
These handy shelves provide extra space to store tools, parts, or other supplies.
Table Support
The table support adds extra stability to keep your workstation sturdy during use.
ChompSaw Insert
This piece secures your ChompSaw into the workstation for safe and easy use.
2) Build the legs
1. Grab the left leg part
See the parts section above for reference.
2. Fold creases
Fold along the creases to bend it into shape.
3. Fold in and slot tabs
Fold the leg in and slide the tabs into the matching slots on the side.
4. Close the end
Close the end of the leg by sliding the tabs into the matching slots.
5. Close final tab
Turn the leg around and slide in the last tab on the other end.
6. Repeat
Repeat steps 1-5 for the right leg. (Note: the legs are upside down for now to help attach them to the table top)
3) Build the table top
1. Grab the table top part
See the parts section above for reference.
2. Fold creases
Fold along the creases to bend it into shape.
3. Fold the front
Fold the front half of the table top inwards.
4. Fold the back
Fold in the other half of the table top.
5. Attach left leg
With the table top on the ground, attach the left leg by sliding it into to the table top.
6. Attach right leg
Repeat step 5 for the right leg, making sure all tabs are fixed into place.
4) Build the shelves
1. Grab a shelf part
See the parts section above for reference. (Note: both shelf parts are the exact same)
2. Fold creases
Fold along the creases to bend it into shape.
3. Slide the shelf in halfway
Slide the shelf in between the legs, lining up the tabs with the slots closest to the table top. Stop halfway!
4. Fold shelf lip
Fold up the shelf lip and slide the tabs into the leg slots above.
5. Slide in fully
Slide the shelf in the rest of the way, fitting the back tabs into their slots.
6. Repeat
Repeat steps 1-5 for the second shelf, sliding it into the other slots on the legs.
5) Build the table support
1. Grab the table support part
See the parts section above for reference.
2. Fold creases
Fold along the creases to bend it into shape.
3. Slide into legs
Align the tabs on the top and bottom of the support with the slots on the back of the legs. Then slide the table support into place.
4. Flip the workstation
Now flip the workstation so it’s standing upright!
6) Build the ChompSaw insert
1. Grab the ChompSaw insert part
See the parts section above for reference.
2. Fold creases
Fold along the creases to bend it into shape.
3. Align the insert
Stand your table on its legs. Hold the insert with the triangle cutout pointing towards the back of the table. Line up the pointy ends with the slot holes on the table top.
4. Slide in
As you slide in the insert, guide the slots onto the tabs underneath the table top.
7) Set up your ChompSaw
1. Grab the power supply
This is the cord that came with your ChompSaw.
2. Insert the cord
Feed the cord through the hole in the back of the workstation.
3. Plug in your ChompSaw
Plug the cord into the back of your ChompSaw.
4. Place your ChompSaw
Put your ChompSaw into the insert—it should fit just right!
5. Test placement
If it's in the right spot, your hand should fit in the cutout to reach the power button.
